The work will concern processing genotype and next-generation sequencing data for SNP detection, genomics, and transcriptomics for studies in the genetics of cancer, malaria, immunodeficiency and metabolic health.  The appropriate candidate will have strong programming skills and a basic knowledge of genomics.
